Dokumentale 2025 – A Festival of Non-Fiction Storytelling

The second edition of Dokumentale will take place from 12–22 June 2025, offering a city-wide programme dedicated to non-fictional storytelling. Across ten days, the festival brings together documentary film, virtual reality, podcasts, non-fiction literature, and public dialogue — exploring the present through multiple perspectives and formats. With a focus on accessibility and exchange, Dokumentale activates cinemas, outdoor spaces, and cultural venues throughout Berlin.
