From July 27 to August 3, 2025, Atelier Gardens will welcome back Solar Camp Berlin—a hands-on summer program empowering young people to take part in the energy transition.

As Germany pushes toward a renewable future, tens of thousands of skilled workers will be needed in the solar industry alone. Solar Camp offers a low-threshold introduction to the solar trade, combining practical experience on rooftops with theoretical foundations in photovoltaics.

You’ll learn how PV systems work, how to install them safely, and how to plan and troubleshoot solar arrays. The camp includes an optional certificate exam for electrical qualification, along with community-building moments like picnics and a BBQ evening on our regenerative campus.

Everyone is welcome—and we especially encourage young women and underrepresented groups to apply.
