This time, we’ll be making kimchi using the last hardy greens of winter – kale! Winter is the perfect season for fermentation, so let’s get creative together. While we mix and prepare, we’ll also share ideas about what plants to grow this year.
It’s a warm, hands-on way to start the year, surrounded by nature and community.
